Best Healthcare Support Jobs of 2022

With the new year comes a new set of rankings from the team at U.S. News and World Report.  They recently released their “Best Jobs” lists of 2022, including Best Healthcare Support Jobs of 2022.  While what constitutes a ‘best’ job may seem subjective to some, the team at U.S. News uses a variety of factors in their methodology to evaluate and rank jobs, including projected growth and stress level.    There are a few jobs that made the “Best Healthcare Support Jobs of 2022” that caught our eye here at Training Direct, and we’re breaking them down below.  Continuing reading below to learn about a few of the jobs that made the list, and what we had to say about them.

#15 – Medical Secretary

#15 on the Best Healthcare Support Jobs of 2022 goes to the role of Medical Secretary.  Keep in mind that in the workplace, Medical Secretaries may work under various occupations titles, such as Medical Office Assistant, Medical Office Specialist, Medical Administrative Assistant, and event perhaps Electronic Medical Records Specialist.  These healthcare professionals play a big role in helping keep practices running smoothly.  You may not always see these individuals (some work out front, while others may work behind the scenes), but the work they do is meaningful and essential to ensure the medical offices are operating efficiently.

Nursing Aide claims the #22 spot on the Best Healthcare Support Jobs of 2022.  Nursing Aides are found working in healthcare facilities such as hospitals and long-term care facilities.  They assist patients with daily activities and are responsible for providing basic patient care.  The work Nursing Aides perform is often thought to be noble as well as rewarding, because they work so closely with patients who rely on the care and assistance they provide.  In addition, pursuing a career as a Nursing Aide can be a great way to break into the healthcare field.  Some may even choose to further their education over time to strengthen their skills and to pursue other opportunities within healthcare.
